  • All orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your order is delivered to you, and that it is not lost or stolen.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES! Please keep this in mind when ordering!
  • All orders are processed and ship during business days only. 
  • Please allow 2 - 5 business days for an order to ship after processing. 
  • Order processing takes 3 days. 
  • All goods ship via USPS. You make track your package via https://www.usps.com/
  • Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days.

    A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information.

    If your billing address differs from the shipping address we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund.
    REFUND
     All ORDERS are a FINAL sale after purchase
    We maintain strict standards for quality assurance. All of our orders have been inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of the products all sales are deemed final. Per federal law, the return of unhygienic (USED) hair extensions are prohibited, no refunds or exchanges can be performed.
